QSL is currently accepting marketing nominations for the 2022, 2023 and 2024 Seasons, with nominations for each season closing on 31 October of the year prior to harvest.

Harvest Pool

Unsure of your production or not keen to commit to delivering sugar this season? The QSL Harvest Pool just prices whatever you eventually deliver, with no commitment required.

Actively Managed Pool

This pool aims to outperform the average market and maximise pool returns by actively using a variety of pricing tools and trading strategies.

Early-Start Actively Managed Pool 

Like our Actively Managed Pool, this pool aims to outperform the average market and maximise pool returns by actively using a variety of pricing tools and trading strategies, but starts pricing earlier.

2-Season Actively Managed Pool 

Like our Actively Managed Pool, this pool aims to outperform the average market and maximise pool returns by actively using a variety of pricing tools and trading strategies, but does so over a 2-season pricing window.

3-Season Actively Managed Pool 

Like our Actively Managed Pool, this pool aims to outperform the average market and maximise pool returns by actively using a variety of pricing tools and trading strategies, but does so over a 3-season pricing window.

Guaranteed Floor Pools

QSL’s Guaranteed Floor Pools give growers the best of both worlds, providing a guaranteed minimum return before the harvest starts and the opportunity for increased returns should sugar prices rise during the season.

US Quota Pool

Receive your share of QSL’s sales to the lucrative US market via an automatic allocation to our US Quota Pool.

 

GROWER-MANAGED PRICING OPTIONS

 
Target Price Contract

The QSL Target Price Contract lets you set your own pricing targets for as little as 10 tonnes and lock in prices for the current season and up to 3 seasons ahead.

Defaulting Target Price Contract

Want to try your hand at forward pricing, but only before the season starts? Our Defaulting Target Price Contract lets you set your own pricing targets up to 3 years in advance, with any unfilled orders automatically defaulting to the Harvest Pool in April before the crush.

Grower Floor Price Contract

The QSL Grower Floor Price Contract gives you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of forward pricing with the potential for further returns should the market rise after your order is filled.

Individual Futures Price Contract

The QSL Individual Futures Contract maximises forward-pricing flexibility by enabling growers to price directly against the four individual ICE 11 futures positions available each season.

Self-Managed Harvest Contract

Take full control of your pricing by managing your own production risk through QSL’s Self-Managed Harvest Contract.

 

QSL LOYALTY BONUS

QSL pays a Loyalty Bonus to growers who elect QSL as their marketer for 3 seasons in Advance. 

 

QSL PAYMENT OPTIONS

 
QSL Standard Advances

QSL's traditional Advances system, with incremental payments during the season reflecting the grower's current sugar returns estimate.

QSL Accelerated Advances

The Advance rate rises to 90% in December, then aligns with the QSL Standard Advances rate once it also reaches 90%. 

QSL Pre-Crush Advance Payment Scheme

Under this option growers can nominate to receive an Advance payment for up to half of their GEI Sugar prior to the start of the harvest.
